Refund policy
Returns
To be eligible for a full refund: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only refund orders that got damaged in transit. If the product did not meet your requirements upon arrival please send it back. We pay your shipping and refund you fully if the goods were damaged upon arrival. The above policy is applicable for the first 30 days from the arrival of your goods.
If you have opened the goods and started using, then decided it was not for you. You will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend buying marine collagen samples before committing to larger orders.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the purchase and the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We may reject a refund if the goods have not been securely packed and have arrived in non sellable condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
